We are committed towards the creation and transfer of knowledge. Fifty percent of our faculty members are having Ph.D. degree. And rest 50 percent faculty members, who are not Ph.D., also possesses a research background with very good research experience. Our faculty members are trying to send some research proposals to funding agencies. Especially, they are contempleting on research projects which will be helpful for undergraduate students, in inculcating a sense of innovation in them. Students take part in extension activities on social issues like caste system, dowry system, women teasing, child labour, child marriage, illegal trafficking of children, corruption, communal harmony, national integration, sexual harassment and sex racket took out marches with banners and organises people to people meet, social gathering in streets, Mohallas of other nearby villages of this institution.
